Mix one cup of white sugar with half a cup of boiling water and cook until golden brown and caramelize. Pour a little cooked caramel into the mold. Pour the mixed pudding ingredients into the mold. Add about 1/3 of warm water to the baking tray, then put it in the microwave oven and bake on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Egg Tart

Ingredients: 100 grams of high-gluten flour, 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 2 eggs, 130 grams of milk, 3 grams of salt, 105 grams of water, 130 grams of butter, 45 grams of white sugar. Steps: After the butter is softened, add the flour and knead it into crumbs, add salt, white sugar and water and stir. Still knead the dough, refrigerate for an hour, take it out and roll it into a square. The butter should be the same hardness as the dough, roll it into a slightly smaller square, fold the dough up, wrap it in butter, roll it long, first fold it from one-third, then fold it in half from the other third, put it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, take it out and roll it into a rectangle or square, three millimeters thick, use an egg tart mold to press out the shape, and then put the dough into the egg tart mold. At this time, prepare the egg tart water, add sugar to the eggs, and cook the milk to 90 degrees. Wait for the eggs and sugar to melt. After melting, slowly pour the boiled milk into the egg liquid, filter it, and put it into the egg tart mold. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower fire, bake for 15-20 minutes.

Angel Food Cake

Ingredients: 5 egg whites, 50 grams of flour. Steps: Sift the flour into a water-free and oil-free bowl. Beat the egg whites and sugar with an electric whisk until they form small peaks. Take one third of the egg white paste into the flour bowl and mix well. Pour the remaining 2/3 of the egg white paste into the flour bowl and mix evenly using a cutting and stirring technique. Place a piece of baking paper on the baking tray to facilitate demoulding. You can also use a loose-bottom chiffon cake mold. Pour cake batter into baking pan and smooth surface with spatula. Put it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees, on the middle layer, with upper and lower fire, for about 25 minutes.
