Add milk and bay leaves to the pot, put in the smoked trout, after the milk boils, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. If using another fish, cook the fillets, except for the smoked salmon, in milk. 3. Add peas and corn and bring to a boil. Then add the mushrooms, garlic and shallots. After boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. 4. After the potatoes are cooked, peel them and use a special potato mashing spoon to mash them into the thickness you like. 5. Add two tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of celery leaves, appropriate amount of nutmeg, salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Stir well. spare. 6. Remove the cooked smoked fish from the pot and mash it slightly with a spoon. 7. Then take out the vegetables, cut the smoked salmon into strips and place them on the vegetables. 8. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to the remaining milk soup in the pot. Take out a small dish, mix it evenly with the starch, and pour it back into the pot. Collect the juice until it thickens. 9. Pour the cooked milk sauce over the smoked salmon. Top with mashed potatoes. 10. Finally, sprinkle cheese on the mashed potatoes.
