How to make rice cooker cake

1. Prepare the materials for making the cake, as shown in the picture

2. Separate the egg white and egg yolk and place them in two containers (no water or oil)

3. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg white (lemon juice can be bought ready-made or fresh lemon)

4. Beat the egg whites with a whisk until they are foamy, add sugar and continue stirring.

5. Stir with a whisk in one direction. Cook until the egg whites are creamy. Store in the refrigerator for later use

6. Next, use a whisk to stir the egg yolks until smooth.

7. Add cooking oil and milk and continue stirring

8. Add flour and mix well

9. Add the egg white prepared in advance to the beaten egg yolk and continue to stir. Don't stir too fast to avoid too much foam.

10. After stirring evenly, add the remaining egg whites and continue stirring.

11. Heat the rice cooker first, then pour the noodles into the pot and shake it gently to reduce the foam.

12. Put a few red dates on the dough.

13. Cover the pot lid and press the cooking button. Cover the outlet of the rice cooker with a damp cloth. After the automatic trip, continue to keep warm for 20 minutes, then press the cooking button again. After 20 minutes, it will be ready.

14. The finished cake is sweet, delicious and especially soft.
