How to make braised meatballs

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of braised meatballs.

1. Wash and cut the green onions into small pieces, and chop the ginger into ginger pieces

2. Beat the eggs and add to the minced meat, mix well

3. Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, salt, dark soy sauce and starch to the minced meat and stir evenly in a clockwise direction.

4. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan (just enough to fry the meatballs), and use a spoon or your hands to shape the minced pork into meatballs slightly smaller than a ping-pong ball.

5. Fry them one by one in the pan until they are cooked through and golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain.

6. Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside. Put all the ingredients for the seasoning sauce except starch and 2 tablespoons of water into a container and mix well.

7. Leave a little oil in the pot, slightly less than usual, heat it up, add shredded ginger to make it fragrant, put all the fried meatballs in, stir fry for a few times, pour the prepared sauce into the pot, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes, thicken with starch and 2 tablespoons of water, turn to high heat, and serve when the soup is thick.

The nutritional combination is comprehensive and the preparation method is simple, so anyone with no cooking skills can make it. Don’t just watch this braised meatballs without making them, take action and satisfy your appetite.
