Jing~How to make healthy fried dough sticks

Many people neglect their diet because they are too busy at work and just deal with it casually. In fact, we don’t need to spend too much energy to prepare a delicious dinner for ourselves, as long as we make the right choice. Jing~ The method of making healthy fried dough sticks does not require too much time, and it can be completed in just a few simple steps.

1. Weigh the required materials and set aside ~ (400g of flour is enough for 5 people. If there are fewer people in your family, you can reduce the amount according to your own situation. All materials should be reduced proportionally)

2. Add yeast to the milk, stir well, and let it stand for 20 minutes.

3. Add salt, oil, and eggs to the flour in turn, and add yeast and milk in batches.

4. Use chopsticks to stir into a smooth dough.

5. Leave it for more than 2 hours (I made the dough the night before, so the fermentation time was a bit long and the appearance was not very good, but it was still very useful)

6. Brush the chopping board with oil, apply oil on your hands and put the dough on the chopping board. There is no need to knead the dough, just shape it into long strips and flatten it.

7. Cut into even pieces with a knife, stack two pieces together, and press them in the middle with chopsticks to secure them.

8. After all the dough pieces are processed, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes (leave two small doughs to test the oil temperature)

9. My dad wanted to eat fried dough cakes, so I made three. Roll the dough into round cakes, fold them up and down and left and right into squares, let them sit for 20 minutes, roll them out again, and cut three times in the middle (I personally feel that fried dough cakes are not as delicious as fried dough sticks)

10. Heat the oil pan until the oil level reaches half of the pan. Use a small dough to test the oil temperature. If the dough floats up quickly, it means the oil temperature is just right.

11. Start frying. Stretch the dough sticks twice and put them into the oil pan (I think medium to high heat is more suitable. If the heat is too low, the fried dough sticks will be dry)
