2. Ingredients for shrimp and cantaloupe fried rice: shrimp, cantaloupe, corn, carrots, and appropriate amount of salt.

2. After pouring shrimp oil into the pot, add corn kernels and diced carrots and stir-fry quickly. After stir-frying for two minutes, add the peeled shrimp.

3. When the shrimps are half cooked, pour in the rice. Quickly stir-fry the rice and side dishes and mix well. Add the honeydew melon cubes to the fried rice. After all the ingredients are stir-fried and mixed well, add a little salt and serve.
