How to make braised hairtail with fish flavor

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of braised hairtail with fish flavor.

1.12 Prepare the ingredients: hairtail, onion, ginger and garlic.

4.21 In that bowl, prepare fish-flavored seasoning, sugar, salt, chicken essence, vinegar, and broth. Minced scallion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine/mix evenly.

5. Stir into fish-flavored sauce and set aside.

6. Marinate the hairtail fish. Dust with dry flour

7. Fry over low heat until golden brown and the surface is slightly hard.

8. Remove from the pan when golden brown and set aside.

9. Put a little oil in the pot. Saute chives.

10. Add the fried hairtail and stir-fry.

11. Pour in the fish sauce and stir-fry until well-flavored.

12. Thicken with wet starch and reduce the sauce.

13. Don’t let the juice dry up too much, just leave a little, then turn off the heat and serve.

14. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and dried chilies and serve.
