Ham and green leaves.

Ingredients required: 400 grams of rabbit leg meat.

100 grams of ham and 50 grams of green leaves. 15 grams of refined salt, 1 gram of MSG, 50 grams of fermented bean curd sauce, 10 grams of pepper, 25 grams of Fenjiu, 50 grams of scallion segments, 25 grams of shredded ginger, 5 grams of coriander, and 15 grams of dry starch.

Steps for making Shangshanjia shredded roast rabbit:

Wash the rabbit and cut it into limbs and trunk

Cut the rabbit meat into pieces, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, chili powder, Sichuan peppercorns, minced garlic, bay leaves, and pepper salt to marinate overnight.

The next day, pick out the peppercorns (I'm afraid they'll taste bitter, maybe they'll be more fragrant if you don't pick them out)

Roll the edges of the tin foil, put the rabbit meat in, pour a few spoons of water to prevent it from getting burnt, and bake at 180 degrees for an hour.

Orange is a nutritious fruit. It is sweet, sour and warm in nature. Eating too much orange will produce heat. Rabbit meat is sour and cold. It is not advisable to eat oranges immediately after eating rabbit meat. At the same time, eating too much can cause gastrointestinal dysfunction and lead to diarrhea.
