1. The pork ribs can be rinsed clean with running water.

10. Add vinegar and stir well.

11. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the ribs are colored.

12. Pour boiling water into the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat then simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.

13. Turn to high heat and add the thousand sheets of flour.

14. Add salt when the soup becomes thick.

15. When the soup is almost dry, add the fresh chicken juice and serve.
