How to make leek, egg and shrimp box

Chive, egg and shrimp box is a dish rich in nutritional value. It is easy to prepare, and the dish is colorful, fragrant and delicious. 1. Add water and a little salt to the flour, knead into a smooth dough, and let it rise.

2. Pick and wash the chives and try to drain the water

3. Clean the shrimp

4. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

5. Add oil to the pan, add the eggs and stir-fry when the oil is hot, as shown in the picture. Then you can turn off the heat. Don't overcook the eggs.

12. Heat the pan with oil, put the box in, and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

13. Fry one side and turn it over, fry until both sides are golden brown.

14. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate. Let it cool slightly before eating. It tastes better when eaten hot!
