1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the pork belly and cut it into mahjong size.

10. After 1 and a half hours, pour the meat in the casserole into the wok, simmer over high heat until the sauce thickens, and add salt to taste before serving.

11. The stewed meat is very soft. When collecting the sauce, do not use a spatula to stir hard. Just shake the wok with your hand.
