1. Knead the dough for the dough skin and shortcrust pastry separately and let it rest for 30 minutes. 2.1 Divide into 24 portions, roll out into puff pastry about 0.5cm thick, and add filling.

4.Pinch the edges together with your hands, and then press out the patterns with a fork.

5.Put it in a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Take it out and brush the surface with the remaining egg wash and bake for another 10 minutes.

6. Because beef tenderloin contains relatively little water and oil, we were afraid that the filling would be too dry after baking and the taste would be poor, so we added minced pork to neutralize it.
