7. Mix the marinated meat paste and the fried dried vegetables evenly and put them in a large bowl.

8. Take a pressure cooker, put two bowls of water in it, put in a triangular steaming rack, put the dried vegetable meat patties on the steaming rack, poke a few holes in the meat patties with chopsticks, cover the lid, turn on medium-high heat, and after the pot is steaming, turn to low heat and steam for 15 minutes.

9. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat. Wait for the steam to come out of the pot, open the lid, and the dried vegetable and meat patties are done!

10. Take the vegetable and meat patties out of the pressure cooker, take a plate, cover the large bowl of vegetable and meat patties, and turn it upside down.

11. Take away the big bowl, the dried vegetable and meat patties will come out, decorate with coriander, serve and enjoy!
