1. Ingredients: flour, mutton, salt, green onion, cabbage, potato, green pepper, tomato, black pepper

2.1 Wash the green onions and cabbage, cut the green pepper into shreds, peel the potatoes and cut into shreds, and cut the tomatoes into pieces

3.2 Method: Mix the flour with water, add appropriate amount of salt, knead the flour into a smooth dough, and let it rest for a while.

4.1 Add salt and black pepper to these ingredients and mix them together.

5.2 Cut the lamb into cubes

6.1 Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough and form it into a thin skin.

7.2 Mix well

8. Spread the mixed filling evenly on the dough.

9. Slowly roll up from one side of the dough and roll it into a barrel shape.

10. Place the rolled dough barrel on the steamer, cover the bottom with a clean wet cloth or towel, and steam it on high heat for 20 minutes.

11. Take out the noodles and place them on a plate. Cut them diagonally into 10-centimeter-long pieces and place them on the plate.
