How to make ice flower dumplings

1. Pork stuffing (30% fat and 70% lean, you can buy it ready-made in the supermarket, but I think it tastes best if you chop it yourself), add two teaspoons of water, salt, dumpling stuffing seasoning, light soy sauce, cooked oil, sesame oil, and cooking wine, stir well, and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for a while

2.1 Add leeks to the minced meat and mix well (add leeks at the end so that no water comes out)

3.2 Wash and chop the chives

4.1 Roll the dough into long strips, pinch it into small pieces, and roll it into dumpling wrappers

5.2 Add appropriate amount of water to flour and knead into smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour

6. Wrap the fillings in the dumpling wrappers one by one

7. Heat the pan over medium-low heat, pour a thin layer of oil, and place the dumplings.

8. When the bottom is slightly shaped, pour in the prepared flour juice until the bottom of the dumplings are soaked. Cover with a lid and turn to low heat for about 8 minutes. The ratio of flour to juice is: one teaspoon of flour plus 12 teaspoons of water, and mix into a thin juice.

9. This is how the ice flowers look like when they are about to be served.
