8. Take a piece of dough, flatten it, spread it out and roll it up

9. After 10 minutes of proofing, roll it up again and put it into the toast mold. Put it into the oven. Add a cup of hot water in the oven. Ferment for one hour. Brush with egg liquid and bake at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
