How to make steamed chicken wings

1. Wash the chicken wings, drain them slightly, and make two cuts on them.

2.1 Now prepare the ingredients: cut the soaked mushrooms into small pieces, peel the garlic cloves, wash the fermented black beans and cut them a few times, and slice the ginger and scallions separately. Cut the dried red pepper into small pieces.

3.2 Add 1/3 bag of Daxida barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

4.1 Add fermented black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.2 Heat a little oil in a pan and stir-fry scallions, ginger and dried red peppers over medium-low heat.

6. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a few more times.

7. Then add the garlic cloves and stir-fry for a while, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour the fried ingredients into the marinated chicken wings, add soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar, and stir evenly.

9. Steam for about half an hour, then sprinkle with a little chopped green onion before serving.
