Half a cauliflower

Cauliflower is rich in nutrients, containing protein, fat, phosphorus, iron, carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, vitamin A, etc. It is especially rich in vitamin C, containing 88 mg per 100 grams, second only to pepper, and is the vegetable with the highest content. It has a tender texture, sweet and delicious taste, is easy to digest, and is beneficial for protecting the blood. It is beneficial for children's healthy growth.
