Pan-fried rosemary quail

Does your busy daily work make you feel tired? Are you frustrated by years of overtime work? Next, follow me and make pan-fried rosemary quail to relax and comfort yourself.

1.1 Heat oil in a frying pan, add quail and potato slices and fry slowly over low heat.

2.2 Open the quail into two sides and marinate it with red wine, ginger slices, minced garlic, shallots, light soy sauce and peanut oil.

3.1 After both sides are slightly fried, add rosemary.

4.2 After one side is slightly fried, turn over the other side of the quail and potatoes and fry slowly over low heat.

5. After the aroma of rosemary is fried out, add light soy sauce.

6. Add a small amount of water and let the juice simmer the potatoes until the water is dry.

7. Change to medium heat and fry the quail skin until fragrant.

8. After both sides are fried, you can serve it on a plate.
