Garlic pasta with roasted cherry tomatoes

Going home and cooking a delicious meal after the hustle and bustle is over is a very romantic and happy thing. You don’t need to prepare too many seasonings, just prepare onions, ginger and garlic. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Remove the head, tail and skin of the garlic, leaving a layer of garlic skin inside. Add appropriate amount of olive oil, wrap in tin foil and bake for 50-60 minutes.

2. The roasted garlic is soft. Add salt and mash it into a paste. Stir it with the softened butter at room temperature for a few minutes and mix it thoroughly.

3. Then wrap it in wax paper and shape it. If the weather is too hot, you can put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. While roasting the garlic, you can also roast the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil, salt and black pepper on the surface and bake for about 25 minutes until it looks like the picture.

5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package.

6. Add the garlic butter while it’s still hot and stir until the butter is blended into every noodle.

7. Then sprinkle with chili powder, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

8. Finally, sprinkle with basil leaves for garnish and enjoy the delicious meal!
