How to make Henan fried dumplings

3. Cut into sections with a knife;

4. Roll into long strips;

7. Use your hands to shape the dough into round pieces, about the size of dumpling wrappers, but thicker than dumpling wrappers;

8. Wrap the fillings;

10. Add appropriate amount of peanut oil into the pot;

11. When the oil is hot, place the buns neatly into the pot;

12. Prepare half a bowl of water, add a small amount of flour and mix well, pour into the pot, cover the pot and fry;

13. Wait until the water dries up, then turn off the fire;

14. Open the lid and use a spatula to cut the thin skin into four, then scoop up the buns with the bottom facing up. The buns are cooked when the bottom turns golden brown.

15. Place on a plate and serve.
