2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise. Mine rose for about 15 minutes. I don’t think it needs to rise for too long for this cake. Haha

3. This is the dough that has been slightly fermented. My dough is not shiny enough, haha, it is barely acceptable.

4. Roll the dough into round pieces, thick in the middle and thin at the edges. I rolled enough to make 16 pancakes, or 32 pieces.

5. Add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic to the minced beef

6. Add peas

7. Add black sesame seeds

8. Add eggs and mix well

9. Put an appropriate amount of minced beef filling on the dough and apply some water around the dough to make it stick to the other dough.

10. That's it, very simple, just like making dumplings, except that it uses 2 dough sheets instead

11. Pay attention to the finished dough. The two dough pieces must be stuck together tightly, otherwise the filling will leak out.

12. Put a little oil in the pot, put in the raw dough, cover with a lid and cook on medium-low heat for 6 minutes. Pay a little attention in the middle to make sure it does not burn. When it turns golden brown, turn it over and cover with lid before cooking for 6 minutes.

13. It’s out of the pot, let’s eat it
