1. A large collection of ingredients (one pound of pork, mince it when you buy it, and chop it evenly when you get home to prevent the meat from being connected)

2. Add all the ingredients: honey, sugar, biscuits, cooking wine and fish sauce (this is the key), two tablespoons of chili powder, and half a tablespoon of black pepper powder into the minced meat.

3. Put on gloves and mix well

4. Beat with a whisk clockwise until the sugar is completely dissolved and the ingredients and meat are completely blended together (about 6 minutes)

5. Wear gloves and grab a handful of meat and place it on the tin foil brushed with oil.

6. Spread flat and cover with plastic wrap

7. Use a rolling pin to spread it evenly, it should be a thin layer

8. Remove the plastic wrap, sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds evenly, put it on the baking net, and then bake it at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes after preheating the oven.

9. Brush both sides with honey and continue to bake until it is slightly charred and looks like a thin layer of jerky.

10. Finally, cut into pieces and eat after cooling. It feels great to eat it while reading a magazine. . .
