How to make caramel latte pudding

Does your busy daily work make you feel tired? Are you frustrated by years of overtime work? Next, make caramel latte pudding like me to relax and comfort yourself.

1. Prepare the ingredients: sugar, milk, fresh cream, three egg yolks and two whole eggs (one egg yolk was accidentally broken, which looks a bit ugly), coffee powder, and vanilla extract (optional)

2. Divide the sugar into two equal parts, 125 grams each, pour one part into the egg liquid and mix well

3. Pour the other portion of sugar into the cooking pot, add about 50 ml of water, and cook until it becomes caramel (note, do not stir during the process, but shake the pot gently)

4. Pour the milk and cream into another pot and heat

5. Add a small amount of coffee powder

6. Add two to three drops of vanilla extract

7. No need to boil, heat until the coffee powder is completely melted and then remove from the heat. Let it cool slightly aside. The brewed coffee should be a very light brown.

8. When the sugar water is cooked until the caramel is thick, you can remove it from the heat and pour it into the mold immediately. Don't pour too much, just make a layer on the bottom (be careful because the freshly cooked caramel is very hot. The caramel with the right consistency should harden quickly after being poured into the mold. If the caramel is too thin, you may want to consider boiling it again with more sugar and less water)

9. After filling the bottom with caramel (this time I used a lot of material, even my heart-shaped mold)

10. After the coffee milk cools down a little, you can pour it into the egg mixture. Be careful to pour it slowly and stir while pouring.

11. Once the caramel is completely solidified, you can pour the milk and egg mixture into the mold

12. Arrange in a baking pan

13. Fill half of the baking tray with hot water

14. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes

15. My molds are small, and there is still a lot of milk and egg liquid left. I don’t want to waste it, so I pour it into a small bowl and steam it in a steamer for 30 minutes. It is also delicious. The pudding will have a lot of water after steaming, but it doesn’t affect it.

16. Take out the baked pudding and let it cool for a while, then put it in the refrigerator for two hours (a little long, but the taste will be better)

17. Take the frozen pudding out of the refrigerator and cut a circle along the wall of the bowl with a knife.

18. Carefully turn it upside down on a plate

19. Carefully remove the baking bowl and place a mint leaf for decoration. The caramel latte pudding is ready.

20. Heart to heart
