9. After frying, add about a tray of water. I use boiling water so I don’t have to wait for the water to boil. Add some salt and MSG to taste.

10. Put the cabbage in after the water boils.

11. Take out the cooked cabbage and put it into the soup bowl.

12. You can also choose green vegetables such as cabbage, bean sprouts, etc. If you are cooking the fish meat together, you need to put in the fish bones and cook them, then remove from the heat and place them on top of the cabbage.

13. Then put the fish fillets one by one into the pot and cook over high heat for a few minutes until the fish fillets are no longer red and are slightly round. Add some red peppers, pepper, and garlic leaves and then serve.

14. Serve on a plate. A bowl of boiled fish with good color, aroma and flavor is ready.
