How to make egg and chive dumplings

Learning to cook some common home-cooked dishes and cooking at home can bring warmth to your family. Even if we are busy, it is best for us to cook at home often. We can cook some simpler dishes. The method of making egg and leek dumpling filling is relatively simple. Even if you are not a good cook, you don’t have to worry about not being able to learn it.

1. Pick and wash the leeks and drain the water.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little cooking wine.

3. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan and heat it up. Pour the eggs into the pan and fry, mash them and let them cool for later use.

4. Chop the chives.

5. Put the chopped chives and eggs into the container.

6. Add cooking oil, oyster sauce and chicken essence. (Remember to add salt before making dumplings)

7. Stir well.

8. Take the dumpling skin and put the filling in.

9. Wrap into dumpling shape.

10. Finished product picture.
