1.Cut the pork belly into pieces. Bring the water to boil and blanch the meat, then remove and rinse with clean water.

8. Add potatoes and carrot cubes, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for seven or eight minutes. Add some lemon juice and turn to high heat to reduce the juice.

9. Before the soup thickens, add some salt according to your taste.

10. Before serving, sprinkle some chopped green onions and turn off the heat. It smells so good!
