1. Wash the rice the night before and place it in a cool place to dry. But don't dry it anymore to avoid inconvenience when breaking the rice.

2.1 Because there is no rice crusher, the rice we beat ourselves needs to be sieved so that all the rice grains are of appropriate size and there is no whole rice.

3.2 The next day, use a rolling pin to grind the dried rice into rice flour. It would be more convenient if you have broken rice yourself.

4.1 Prepare the ingredients while steaming the rice. This is dried tofu and garlic sprouts.

5.2 Put the processed rice flour into the steamer and steam it on high heat for 17 minutes. (This step can be controlled by yourself according to the softness and hardness of the rice)

6.1 Add bacon into the pan and fry until fragrant, then add dried tofu.

7.2 This is bacon, vermicelli and pickled mustard tuber. The purpose of adding pickled mustard is to make the taste crispy, but you can also add your favorite ingredients.

8.1 At this time, the rice noodles are almost steamed, mix them with boiling water and salt. You must use boiling water to make the rice flour and form a clumping mass.

9.2 Add vermicelli, pickled mustard tuber and garlic sprouts in turn, and stir-fry until fragrant. Do not stir-fry for too long. After frying, serve and let cool.

10. After pinching the rice dough into small pieces, dig a small hole. Make sure it is deep enough to fit a large amount of fillings. The more fillings, the more delicious it is.

11. Slowly pinch your mouth closed. This is not like dough and has no elasticity, so you can only keep pushing the rice ball upwards and finally close the mouth. If it feels sticky, put it aside and soak it in water.

12. The finished dumplings should be round in shape and the filling inside should not be visible. You must not knead in this step, you can only knead by constantly changing the direction.

13. The last step is to steam it. Duration: 15-17 minutes. You can smell the aroma of bacon, and it is also delicious when eaten cold.
