How to make braised pork ribs with soy sauce

1. Wash the ribs and put them in cold water.

3. When the oil in the pan is hot, add ginger and rock sugar and stir-fry for a few times.

4. Add the ribs and stir-fry for a while, then pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine.

7. Transfer to pressure cooker.

8. Put star anise, peppercorns and garlic into the seasoning packet, add them to the soup, and press for 7-8 minutes after the soup starts to boil.

9. Take it out and put it in a casserole (I use an enamel pot instead), add a little maltose (optional), and add appropriate amount of salt as appropriate.

10. Cook over low heat until the soup is dry, then add a few drops of vinegar and serve.
