17. Pour the cake batter into the mold, shake it a few times, and use a toothpick to make a Z-shape to eliminate bubbles. The mold is wrapped with tin because it is baked in a water bath.

18. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 10 minutes

19. Finally, set the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for 65 minutes. Don't take it out immediately after baking. Put it in the oven for 60 minutes and take it out to cool. The cake will be very beautiful.
