1. I chose crisp pears, but other pears are also fine. Homemade yogurt is best. I didn’t have any at home, so I used ready-made ones.

2. Wash the celery, blanch it with boiling water, and add a little salt to ensure sterilization.

3. Cut into small dices. Cut the celery leaves as well, don't throw them away, as they are very nutritious.

4. Peel and cut the pears into pieces

5. Put it into the food processor, add the chopped celery and pour in the yogurt

6. Turn on the stirring function.

7. In the blended fruit and vegetable juice, the celery is also blended into very small pieces. Not even a trace of vegetable can be seen. Only the green color tells us of its presence. Pour it into a cup. Because it is blended juice and all the ingredients are crushed, it is very thick. Don't worry about the taste, it still tastes very good and the nutrients are fully retained.

8. I cut small pieces of the prepared hawthorn cake and put them inside, one for decoration, and the other for adding a more sour and sweet taste.
