Tips

1. It is best to cook mung beans in a casserole. Do not use an iron pot or an iron shovel or spoon to stir, otherwise the mung bean soup will turn red or dark.

2. Boil water first, then put in mung beans and cook. This will make the mung bean soup greener and last longer.
