How to make barbecued pork with scallion and honey sauce

1. Wash the pork neck and cut off the meat at the edge. Then add all the seasonings.

2.1 Heat the pan and add some oil, put the meat in, dip each piece in the oil and then move them to another place. Then fry over medium heat. Don’t use high heat because the honey will burn easily.

3.2 Then use chopsticks or your hands to mix it evenly, cover it with a lid and refrigerate it for 1 day and 1 night.

4.1 After both sides are fried, switch to the first fried side and fry for 1 minute, then drizzle a little light soy sauce on it.

5.2 It takes about 4 minutes to fry one side, and switch the medium heat to the lowest heat. Then turn it over and fry it again. You can also cover it with the lid and fry it over low heat.

6. If you can pierce it with chopsticks, it is done. Clip to a clean plate.

7. After cooling, cut into thin slices, drizzle with the fried oil and sauce, and serve. Pork neck is the best for making barbecued pork. It is fat yet lean and not greasy at all.
