Eat the rest early, it won't smell good if left for a long time. 8. Leave some oil in the pot and add ginger and garlic to fry until fragrant 9. Add green pepper and green garlic, stir-fry, and add a little bit of salt, just a little bit. 10. Stir-fry for one minute, add the fish pieces, and stir gently, being careful not to break the fish. Add the prepared sauce and simmer for a while. 11. Still in the bowl of sauce, add some water starch. I put about half a tablespoon of starch. You can use any amount of water. I put half a bowl. After simmering in the pot for about two minutes, you can add water starch. 12. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir until the sauce is collected, then serve.
