Many people particularly like the strong aroma of curry. When they want to eat curry noodle soup, they will go to a restaurant outside and order a bowl of curry noodle soup to satisfy their cravings. 1. Boil a pot of water, add the egg noodles and cook them for a while. I prefer them chewy.

3. Add water or broth to the curry and bring to a boil, then pour it over the noodles.

1. Add a little oil and sauté the diced potatoes.

2. Add broccoli and stir-fry briefly, then serve with diced potatoes.

3. Add a little oil and sauté onions.

4. Add in minced meat and stir-fry until cooked.

5. Pour in the fried diced potatoes and broccoli, add water, coconut powder as shown, and add curry cubes. I added 3 cubes! You need to stir constantly, otherwise the curry will become mushy. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

6. The sauce should be thicker. Pour it on the noodles.

The third

150g cooked beef, 50g onion, 30g potato, 30g carrot, 150g ramen, 500cc curry beef broth, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 20cc coconut milk, 1/4 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp oil

1. Take the cooked beef from the previous soup and cut it into pieces; dice onions, potatoes and carrots and set aside. Boil the noodles and put them into a bowl for later use.

2. Add salad oil and curry powder to a wok and stir-fry over low heat for 2 minutes. Add diced onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add beef, potatoes and carrots and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.

Okay, 3. Finally, pour in the curry beef broth, add salt, sugar and coconut milk to taste, cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until the ingredients are softened, then pour into the noodle bowl.

These methods are all very simple. As long as you are diligent, you will be able to master the skills after doing it a few times.
