Tuna rice recipe

1.1 Take out two small spoonfuls of Dongyuan tuna can and put it in the finished product bowl and crush it. Add a little salt, MSG, and two drops of white vinegar and continue to crush. Finally, add two tablespoons of olive oil and mix well

2.2 Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Spread the oil evenly on the bottom of the pan over low heat, beat in the eggs and sprinkle a little salt on them, then flatten the bottom of the pan. Become pie crust. Once cooked, cut into thin strips. At the same time, cut the lettuce leaves and seaweed. (When cutting into strips, it is best to cut the vegetables first and then the eggs)

3. Put a bowl of hot rice on top, put the shredded vegetables on top, and pour the freshly cooked tuna in the middle. Be careful not to let the rice cool down.

4. Place the three shreds in step 1 on the rice in order, squeeze salad dressing on top, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Just mix well before eating. Although simple, it is super delicious.
