Garlic Duck Feet

1. Prepare the following ingredients: duck feet, garlic cloves, ginger slices, green onion

2. Chop ginger slices, garlic cloves and green onion and set aside

3. Heat water in a pot, put in duck feet and blanch for one minute, then remove and drain.

4. Pour some oil into the pot, add ginger, garlic and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Add a spoonful of bean paste

6. Stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant and add the duck feet

7. After the aroma is fragrant, add salt, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine in turn, and continue to stir-fry evenly.

8. Add a bowl of water (just enough to cover the duck feet)

9. Bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to medium-low heat and simmer until the soup thickens.

10. Finish
