How to make steamed chicken feet with black bean sauce

Steamed chicken feet with black bean sauce is a home-cooked dish that is very lifelike. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Wash the chicken feet, chop off the nails, and cut in half

2. Boil for 5 minutes (add shredded ginger and appropriate amount of cooking wine to the water to remove the fishy smell)

3. After cooking, remove from the water and drain

4. Fry in a pan over low heat (cover the pan to prevent oil from splashing out)

5. Fry until the color turns tiger skin-like and take it out

6. Rinse several times and soak the chicken feet for at least 3 hours.

7. This is what it looks like after soaking in water. The skin is floating and swelling.

8. Add a little oil to the pan and sauté the fermented black beans until fragrant (if you like spicy food, you can add dried chilies to fry together)

9. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt, add some water and bring to a boil.

10. Mix the prepared sauce into the soaked chicken feet and marinate for one hour (stir several times in the middle to make the flavor and color more even)

11. After marinating, put it on a plate and steam it

12. I use an electric pressure cooker to steam for 25 minutes

13. Finally, sprinkle with chili peppers and chopped green onions for decoration (because the children want to eat it, it is not spicy, and the chili peppers are just for decoration)
