How to cook fried Wuchang fish

1.1 Cut green and red peppers into strips, and chop ginger and garlic

2.2 Kill a Wuchang fish, clean it, apply a little salt on the fish and marinate for 15 minutes.

3.1 After frying the Wuchang fish until both sides are golden brown, remove it and put it aside. Add ginger and garlic into the pan and fry them with the remaining oil in the pan until fragrant. Then add green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly.

4.2 After heating the pot, add cooking oil, add appropriate amount of salt, and then put the Wuchang fish into the pot.

5. Add appropriate amount of white vinegar, soy sauce and wheat sauce and stir fry evenly

6. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, simmer for 6-7 minutes, and add some chicken essence before serving.

8. I would like to especially introduce this wheat sauce. I brought it from my hometown. I like to put a little bit of it every time I fry fish. It tastes really good. But I don’t know how to make this sauce and it seems very complicated. Next time I go back to my hometown, I will take pictures of the process when my mother makes it.
