1. First, prepare a large stainless steel bowl, a pair of chopsticks, a small bowl, a kitchen scale, a small paper cup, a plastic dough knife, a rolling pin, and gauze.

2. The second step is to weigh the materials. 1. Put the flour in a stainless steel bowl. 2. Put the yeast, brown sugar, salt and water in a small bowl and stir with chopsticks until dissolved.

3. The third step is to hold the small bowl in your left hand and slowly pour the brown sugar water into the flour. Pay attention to stirring slowly with the chopsticks in your right hand.

7. In the seventh step, start shaping the dough, roll it into the size of a rolling pin, start cutting into pieces, roll it into balls, wrap it with stuffing, decorate it with red date skins, and shape it. You can make 12 steamed buns at a time. Then put them in the steamer and steam them for 20 minutes. Open the pot 5 minutes after the time is up, and the soft and delicious steamed buns are ready to be eaten.
