How to cook kimchi fish

When making the dish of kimchi boiled fish, you need to prepare the necessary ingredients and make sure that there are enough seasonings. You need to use onions, ginger, garlic and coriander. Adding soy sauce, vinegar and cooking wine before serving can embellish and enrich the flavor. It is the key to the rich flavor of this dish. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the dish after serving.

1. Cut the fish into 2 cm chunks and put them into a bowl. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of Pixian bean paste, 3 spoons of starch, and shredded ginger. Mix well and wrap with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours to make the fish taste good.

2. Pour more oil into the pan, then put the marinated fish pieces into the pan and fry them for a while. Don't fry them for too long. Remove from the pan when they are golden brown.

3. Slice the garlic, cut the raw chili into small pieces, cut the kimchi, slice the pickled ginger, and cut the sour beans into long pieces. Add oil to the pot, add garlic, dried chili peppers and Pixian bean paste when the oil is hot, sauté until fragrant, then add a bowl of water. After the water boils, put the previously cut side dishes into the pot, and then throw the fried fish pieces into the pot. Cover the pot and cook for about 2 minutes before serving. Be careful not to let the water in the pot dry up.
