How to make Korean beef skewers

6. Put it in a pan and fry it on low heat until just cooked. You can also pan-fry it. If you are worried that it is not flavorful enough, you can make a sauce with minced garlic, light soy sauce, pepper, sugar, vinegar, water starch and sesame oil. Cook it in a bowl until bubbles appear and serve it as a dipping sauce.
