How to make ham and cheese pizza

1. Prepare the ingredients and dice carrots, onions and ham.

2. Add appropriate amount of water to flour, salt, sugar, yeast powder, eggs, corn oil and mix well to form dough.

3. Put green beans, diced carrots and diced onions in boiling water and blanch for one minute, then remove from the pot.

4. Place the bowl containing the dough into the pot where the vegetables were blanched and let it ferment for 30 minutes.

5. After the dough has risen, take it out and knead it evenly to form a flatbread. Spread a thin layer of corn oil on the pizza pan, put the flatbread in and press the edges. Poke small holes with a fork to prevent it from burning.

6. Put the dough into a preheated oven at 200℃ and bake for 7 minutes.

7. Sprinkle tomato sauce on the dough and spread it evenly with a brush. Then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, then evenly sprinkle diced vegetables, then diced ham, and finally sprinkle another layer of cheese.

8. Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 18 minutes, keeping an eye on the color of the cheese during the process.

9. Out of the oven.

10. Cut into triangle pieces and eat.
