How to make mutton soup jelly

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a mutton soup jelly that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Wash the pig skin, cook it and let it cool, then use a flat knife to remove excess oil. Cut into strips.

2. Prepare mutton soup in 4 times the amount of pork skin. Mix the two ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes until the amount of soup is reduced. The ratio of skin to soup is approximately one to three. Add salt and a little sugar. Add a little dark soy sauce to enhance the color, but it’s also okay not to add it.

3. Turn off the heat, let cool in the container, put in the refrigerator, and cut as you eat. I followed it with a small dipping dish of garlic slices, pickled peppers, vinegar, and light soy sauce. Personally, I think it’s better to eat it directly. Dip it in a plate and discard.
