2. Dilute the cornstarch with appropriate amount of water and add it to the meat filling and beat until it becomes firm.

5. Roll up.

6. Before steaming, poke some holes in the tofu rolls with a toothpick to prevent bubbles from forming during the steaming process. Put the rolled tofu rolls into the steamer and steam them for 15 minutes.

7. Take another frying pan, put a piece of tin foil in the pan, and put sugar on the tin foil.

8. Put the steamed tofu rolls together with the steamer into the wok.

9. Cover the pot, turn on the fire, wait for about ten seconds until smoke comes out of the pot, then turn off the fire and simmer for a while to allow the tofu rolls to color.

10. The finished product is not smoked enough in color, maybe not enough sugar is added. Cut it into small pieces before eating.
