How to make Tremella honey dessert

1. Soak the dried Tremella in clean water until it is fully expanded. Then remove the yellow roots and tear the Tremella into small pieces.

2. My family bought this small plug-in stew pot, which is suitable for one person. If you are a family, you can choose a large stew pot, or if you don’t have a stew pot at home, you can stew it in a high-pressure rice cooker. Put the fungus in, add red dates and other seasonings (you can also add some lotus seeds and wolfberries in moderation)

3. Plug in the power and simmer for about five hours until it reaches a sticky state, so that the nutrients in the white fungus can be cooked out. The white fungus we usually cook always tastes crispy, which means it is not fully cooked. When it's cooked through it will look like the picture I showed. I tear the slits open before cooking the red dates, so that the sweetness inside can be cooked together with the white fungus. Friends who like to eat lotus seeds and wolfberries can put some in moderation, but to avoid the lotus seeds and wolfberries being too ripe and melting, they can be put in 2 hours later than white fungus. I didn’t have rock sugar at home, so I used honey. Of course, I saved the honey until the end after it was cooked and cooled a little, so as not to destroy the nutrients in the honey. This one is pretty good for constipation. And it’s simple and easy to make, highly recommended!
