1.1 Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, cornstarch, Canadian ice wine, scallion and ginger, a little olive oil and black pepper to the chicken and marinate for more than 20-30 minutes

4. Top with marinated chicken thighs, mushrooms, and the remaining day lily, black fungus, and Chinese sausage.

5. Cover with a plate and put it in a pressure cooker. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
