Method 1:

Ingredients: flour, carrot juice, shrimp paste, tofu, carrots, and seaweed.

Seasoning: A pinch of salt.

1. Add flour and carrot juice into dough, knead well and set aside.

2. Wash the carrots and grate them into short thin strips; clean the shrimps, put them into a blender, add a little water and beat them into shrimp paste; crush the tofu with a spoon or fork.

3. Mix the shredded carrots, shrimp paste, and chopped tofu (you can beat an egg in the filling), add a little salt and mix well to make the filling.

4. Roll the vegetable juice dough just kneaded into long strips, make small pieces, roll them into small round skins, wrap them with stuffing, and make small dumplings.

5. Just cook it. You can add a little stock and finally add some seaweed to the soup. You can make more dumplings at one time and freeze the remaining dumplings in batches for easy consumption next time.

Method 2:

Main ingredients: Russian all-purpose flour, black pork tenderloin, mushrooms, organic black fungus, organic bell peppers

Accessories: minced ginger, salt, lightly salted soy sauce, olive oil, flaxseed oil (for cooking juice), young red amaranth leaves (for cooking juice), wheatgrass powder, carrot (for juice)

1. Mix the dough and select various auxiliary materials for color matching

2. Let the dough rise for half an hour after kneading

3. Use a meat grinder to grind the tenderloin, mushrooms and fungus into small pieces.
