Garlic stewed vermicelli recipe

If you are using a round sheet of rice noodle, tear it into large pieces and blanch it in boiling water until it becomes soft. Mine is hard to blanch, so just put it in the pot and cook it until it becomes soft.

Prepare the main ingredients: five sheets of vermicelli, two eggs, and 100 grams of minced meat.

Prepare auxiliary ingredients: one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of sugar, two teaspoons of oyster sauce, one teaspoon of light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of garlic.

Put oil in the pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden, add the minced meat and stir-fry until cooked, then pour in the prepared sauce.

1. Chop the garlic sprouts and garlic cloves, break the vermicelli into pieces, wash and soak them in hot water until soft.

2. Beat the eggs with a little salt, fry them in a frying pan into an omelet, and place them on a plate for later use.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté the bean paste first, then add the minced garlic.

4. Add the vermicelli and stir-fry evenly, add a little balsamic vinegar and half a bowl of water and stir-fry until there is no water in the pot.

5. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry until cooked.

6. Place the fried rice noodles on top of the egg skin.

7. Take another large plate and turn the rice noodles and egg skin upside down. Use chopsticks to tuck the edges of the egg skin in.

8. Use kitchen scissors to cut two long slits in the middle and place cucumber slices in a circle for decoration.
