How to eat Tiger Palm Mushroom

Many people may not have heard of tiger's paw mushroom, let alone eaten it. In fact, as people's economic conditions gradually improve, dietary choices have become more diverse. There are many ways to prepare this food, and you can choose according to your preferences. Each preparation method is not that difficult. As long as you master the skills, you can easily make delicious dishes.

1. Stir-fried Tiger Palm Mushroom

Ingredients: 50g dried tiger palm mushroom, garlic slices, ginger slices, green onion segments, refined salt, MSG, green pepper shreds, and blending oil.

1. Soak the dried tiger palm mushroom in warm water for more than 2 hours, wash and slice.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add tiger paw mushrooms, green pepper shreds, and salt and stir-fry until cooked. Add MSG.

2. Braised pork with tiger palm mushroom

Ingredients: 25g dried tiger palm mushroom, 200g pork belly with skin, egg white, honey, soy sauce, refined salt, cooking wine, MSG, blending oil, water bean powder, chicken broth, ginger, garlic, sesame oil.

1. Soak the dried tiger palm mushroom in warm water for more than 2 hours, wash and slice.

2. Cut the pork belly with skin into 6/8 square pieces, add soy sauce, cooking wine and honey and mix well. After about 20 minutes, add egg white and tofu and mix well.

3. Heat the oil pan to 50%, put in the pork belly and fry until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Leave some oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic and tiger paw mushrooms and stir-fry, add salt, soy sauce and a little water and cook for a while, add chicken soup and pork belly and bring to a boil over low heat for about 20 minutes, add pepper and MSG, and drizzle with sesame oil after removing from the pot.

1. Dried edible fungi should not be soaked in warm water before use, otherwise it will destroy the taste of the product.

2. Place it in a well-ventilated, breathable, dry and cool place, avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight. Dried edible fungi are generally easy to absorb moisture and mold, so edible fungi products should be stored in a dry place. For example, put an appropriate amount of lime blocks or dry charcoal as a desiccant in the storage container to prevent moisture.

3. Store in sealed container. Edible fungi are rich in nutrients but easily oxidized and deteriorate. It can be stored in sealable containers such as iron cans and ceramic jars, and the containers should be lined with food bags. Normally, try to open the container as little as possible and be careful to expel the air in the liner bag when sealing it.

4. Store independently. Most edible fungi have strong adsorption properties and should be stored separately to prevent contamination.

3) Preparation: First select good quality tiger paw mushrooms, then wash them, blanch them in water for a while, and then remove them and drain the water.

After cleaning the chicken wings, fold them into two pieces and put them in a bowl. Add salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder, cooking wine and a little water, mix well and marinate for half an hour. Put an appropriate amount of cooked lard in the pot and heat it to 50% hot, then put in the chicken wings and fry until golden brown. Be careful not to use too big a fire and put them into a small pot. Add tiger paw mushrooms, salt, green onions, ginger (crushed), and chicken broth and simmer over high heat. Move to low heat and simmer for about an hour. When the chicken wings are cooked through, remove them and place them around the plate with the tiger paw mushrooms in the center. Pour the juice of stewed tiger palm mushrooms into a wok over high heat, add soy sauce, MSG, etc. and thicken with wet starch. Pour over the tiger's paw mushrooms and serve.
